Bearded Bella is a Melbourne inspired cafe serving unconventional brunch/dinner menus, house roasted coffee and homemade beverages, pastries and cakes. We love our flavours and love sharing the process of making the dishes and beverages with our customers.

We are looking for passionate, driven and outgoing Front of House service members and Baristas to join our team. You will be working in a dynamic environment with lots of learning opportunities and room for creativity. We feature an Origin of the Month house roasted coffee for espresso and filter beverages monthly and serve coffees from specialty coffee roasters worldwide under the Month Sipping Cities program.

You must be keen to learn about coffee, love interacting with guests, values quality customer service, great team player and have a can-do attitude.
