Able to do proper latte art and have relevant cafe/restaurant experience- Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times
Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
- Ensure proper procedures for order entry and payment processing using POS systems
Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner- Adhere to all company service standards and protocols
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas
- Clean tables, preparation of table plans and lay out, complete closing duties and re-stock table ware and other supplies
Any other duties as assigned by the Management
With at least 3 years of F&B working experience in restaurant- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
Outgoing personality and highly motivated and takes initiative
- Positive and motivated to work in a fast-pace work environment
Able to work as a team with fellow colleagues.- Able to work weekends and public holidays
Clean and hygienic in food and beverage handling
- Prefers to hold a recognised Basic food hygiene certification
