Barista Trainee (Locals & PRs)uptown is a cafe & vintage consignment store by day, casual elevated restaurant by night.
We serve specialty coffee, contemporary fusion brunch food, while dinner service focuses on quality cocktails & hearty comfort food, with a slight western twist.
We are hiring entry-level baristas with little to no experience. We are looking for a team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a passion & hunger to learn.
You will receive on-the-job training by our senior baristas. You will learn how to make different types of beverages, operate equipment and perform operations around the restaurant.
You will adhere to food quality standards, sanitation regulations and company policies.
If you are available to work full time, on a 5 day work week, shifts including opening and/or closing hours, weekends and holidays, we welcome your application to join our team.
