Bartender [CBD / Japanese Cuisine]

Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and traditional Japanese drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring inventory checks, proper glassware management, and clean surfaces.
• Monitor bar supplies and assist in replenishing liquor, garnishes, and bar tools as needed.
• Collaborate with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards for food and beverage handling.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a bar or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, sake, and traditional Japanese drinks, is advantageous.
