Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work well as a cooperative member of the team.
- To plan, direct, and oversee all bar operations, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
- Preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
- Monitor and implement cost control for beverage unit/bar
- Creating and developing new cocktail and beverage recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Support daily operation of the restaurant.
- Providing high quality service to all customers.
- Any ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Manager.
