Job Summary:As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will maintain a clean and organized bar area, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Greet customers, take drink orders and provide recommendations base on their preferences
Serve drinks and upsell additional items to enhance customer experience and boost sales.- Keep the bar area clean and organized. Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol and bar supplies.
Experience as a bartender, but basic experience will be accepted. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
