Job description

Responsibilities
. Build and maintain relationships with customers
. Experience in wine, cocktails preparation and handling
. Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality for all purchases

Requirements
. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail
. Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste notes) or classic cocktail recipes and preparation
. Fast learner
. Good presentation skills and an eye for detail
. Food Safety Certification level 1 is a must
