Served in a cosy family-friendly setting, chefs from India bring you traditional Indian food, both North Indian and South Indian, guaranteeing to whet everyone's appetite.

At our latest concept restaurant,we are seeking a dynamic and energetic Individual with a passion to serve our customers with delectable cocktails and maintain and improve the overall offerings on our beverage list.

This is a role suitable for applicants with 5 years expereince and the capability to work independantly and in a fast paced team envrionment.

Responsibilities:

Core Competencies -

• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Assist customers with seating arrangements.
• Inform customers about the day's specials.
• Recommend Alcoholic and non Alcoholic Beverages to pair meals
• Offer Wine list as per Customer meal pairing.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Process customer bills or payments.
• Has a good knowledge of the menu, flavour profile and meal wine pairings.

Non Core -

• Serve food or beverages to the customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Comply with SOP, workplace safety, health, and hygiene policies and procedures.
• A high level of personal hygiene.
• Good communication skills.
• Polite and patient.
• Friendly and efficient.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Able to work as part of a team
