Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of food production for the BBQ section
  • Ensure the consistency and the quality of BBQ items served to customer.
  • Develops, designs, or creates new BBQ items.
  • Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
  • Assists Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Possess good BBQ Production knowledge and skills will be an advantage
  • Highly motivated and good team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work earlier to late.
