Job responsibilities
- To provide professional facial treatments services to customers
- Ensure customers satisfaction and comfort after each treatment
- Follow up on customers after treatment services
- Promote and cross sell our skincare products, services to customers according to their needs and requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment and supplies are sanitised and readily available for use
- Must be pleasant and presentable to customers
Requirements
- Positive and good team player
- Service oriented and customer focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in facial treatment and therapists
- Possess relevant locally recognized certifications in the beauty industry
- Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and PH
