About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our international luxury skincare brand counter. You will be responsible for providing personalized beauty and skincare advice, making product recommendations, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right skincare products based on their needs and preferences.

Provide personalized skincare consultations and product demonstrations.

• Make informed recommendations that align with customer requirements and brand standards.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, ingredients, and benefits.

Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends, treatments, and best practices.

• Share product insights and application techniques to enhance the customers experience.

Counter Management:

• Ensure the counter is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

Replenish stock and update visual merchandising to attract customers.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify the store manager of any replenishment needs.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with fellow Beauty Advisors and team members to achieve overall store goals.

Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Administrative Duties:

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

Maintain customer records to build and nurture long-term relationships.

• Assist with special promotions, events, and new product launches.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, preferably in the luxury skincare industry.

Passion for beauty and skincare, with in-depth product knowledge.

• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.

Positive customer feedback and satisfaction scores.

• Growth in repeat customer purchases and loyalty.

Maintaining a well-presented and organized counter.

• Proficiency in product knowledge and demonstration.
