As a Beauty Sales Consultant at CAL, your primary role will be to build strong relationships with our existing and new customers, making them feel comfortable and confident about their beauty journey. You will provide professional advice and recommendations on beauty treatments, offering value-added services and creating tailored plans to help customers achieve their beauty goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with members and customers, establishing trust and a strong connection.
- Offer personalized advice on beauty, self-care treatments, and lifestyle tips.
- Conduct body assessments, skin analyses, and track progress through photography to provide detailed feedback and tailored solutions.
- Drive sales through providing expert consultations, and meet sales targets and other key business objectives.
- Review daily appointments to ensure optimal customer service and value-added experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by delivering exceptional experiences in all interactions.
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive environment, enhancing customer experience at every touchpoint.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetic, spa, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty aesthetic treatments, skin care, and overall self-care.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Customer-centric with a genuine passion for helping clients feel good and confident.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn, and adaptable to different customer needs.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with appointment management tools familiarity with IT would be an added advantage.
