Job Scope:

• Meet personal and outlet sales targets through proactive sales efforts
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally via phone, social media, or in-person
• Promote suitable treatments and products to customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
• Assist with cold calls, appointment booking, and scheduling
• Participate in sponsored training courses for skill development
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Basic level computer skills.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holiday.
