Handle all pre/post procedures care, registration, and counselling.- Prepare all the necessary forms required prior to medical aesthetic procedure
Serve clientele in all aspects of treatments.
- Maintain order of patient cards and manage patient entries and appointments in Plato system.
Recommend and promote appropriate aesthetic treatments to patients.- Assist in inventory, ordering, & database management(purchase order entry)
Assist in maintaining quality service standards.
- Replying to patient enquiries (Phone call, WhatsApp, Facebook)
Other duties assigned by the doctor and supervisor as required.- Attractive remuneration package
- 5 days work week.
