Job Description

  • Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatment according to company standards
  • Ensure client satisfaction and comfort at the end of each therapy session
  • Follow-up calls to access, educate, and recommend clients daily skincare regimen
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms
  • Prevent cross-contamination of equipment by cleaning it before and after procedures
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and providing customer service
  • Ensure that all product and service suggestions from clients are accurately logged
  • Keeping good relationships and building a rapport with clients to ensure retention and referrals
