BEAUTY SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Retail Support: Meet sales targets by promoting and selling beauty products.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about skincare products and trends to provide expert advice.
3. Customer Assistance: Help customers with their skincare needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Demonstrations: Show customers how to use skincare products through demonstrations.
5. Customer Relationships: Build good relationships by following up on their skincare needs.
6. Teamwork: Work with your team to provide a great shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry and keeping up with trends and innovations.
