Job Responsibilities:

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their techniques and customer service skills.
• Identify areas for skill enhancement and develop training plans accordingly.
• Provides professional advice to customers on suitable products and treatments
• Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatments records

Job Requirements

• Minium 1 years of experience in the Beauty Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about beauty and the service industry
• Certified by CIDESCO, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
