Functional
- Initial assessment of Chinese nationality students during the admission period.
Conducts the Behavioural Counselling Program in the campus for Chinese speaking students- Advises and provides individualised support to students with educational, emotional, physical and behavioural challenges
Stay informed of students with diagnosed and undisclosed needs, and provides the students with the necessary accommodations
- Maintain consultation records and documentations
Recommends further resources to parents, such as specialists, where appropriate- Provides feedback to the reporting supervisor and campus administration on the effectiveness of the Behavioural Counselling Program and emerging trends in the campus, if any
Drive the
disciplinary procedures across all grades from the students coming from other curriculum Chinese nationality- any other nationality specified in future.
- Works closely with academic team; admission team and executive management to review and report students learning journey; students future needs leading to better retention of students in campus
Interaction
- Works closely with the form teachers to identify students who may require additional support
Maintains constant communication with parents, form teachers and the campus administration on the students progress- Involved in orientation of parents from China market in terms School vision; policies as per the student handbook
Minimum Qualifications: Degree/Diploma
Experience
: 3 - 8 years
