As one of our team,
training will be provided to do behaviour management, collect and analyse data, lesson plans and
ABA techniques. You will receive continuous in-house training and

Conduct Early intervention program in 1-to-1 and group settings
- Creat individualised lesson-planning, IEP, term progress report that provide learning opportunities in the children's daily routines and activities.
Establish standards of behaviour that promote student learning and responsible for the safety and well-being of all students- Meet with parents and caregivers to discuss their children's progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs
Work in a multidisciplinary team (BCBA, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Educational Therapist) to develop and put in place education plans based on individual child's needs.
- Prerequisites at the role level
Advance Diploma, Diploma and/or Degree in Early Childhood Special Education- Ability to interact and work well with young children
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills- Creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition
Highly self-motivated, can work independently also in a team, strong sense of responsibility and keen to learn.
