Bicycle mechanic cum retail assistant

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for servicing and bike repair according to our service package for bicycles (Folding bikes and Road bikes).

. Ability to assemble and build up new bikes.

. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and carry out bicycle maintenance and repair on bicycles.

. Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions, performing repairs, replacing parts, and providing quotes.

. Able to use PC for Point of Sales

Requirements:

. Minimum 1-2 years of bicycle servicing experience required.

. Mechanically inclined, with great attention to detail.

. Customer-oriented, positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to serve and help others.

. Reliable, dependable, punctual to work, team player, and have a can do attitude
