Bid Manager/Project Director

Responsibilities:

Overall role is responsible for the business development, bidding, project management, validation, QA/QC compliance to GMP standards and Testing & Commissioning Capabilities.

Main KPI should be targeting Biopharma and Life Science green/brown field projects & major A&A tenders within SEA.

Building a solid relationship with BLS customers and developing a strategic roadmap to get pre-qualified for tenders.

Requirements

. Degree in Engineering or equivalent

. Must be well connected and experience in Biopharma Life Science space in Singapore and APAC region.

. Will be instrumental to penetrate into BLS, take the lead in tendering all the way to securing a win.

. After winning, lead the project as a sponsor to ensure project delivery are all in proper and continue to pursue new opportunity in the market space

. Total work experience: 15+ years of independent project management of comparable magnitude and complexity

. Knowledge of project management best practice

. Knowledge of GMP requirements including validation and Testing & Commissiong

. Knowledge of engineering, design and construction concepts and procedures for Big scale Biopharma Life Science project
