Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs to design tailored Big Data solutions, communicating product strengths to support cloud migration and implementation.
- Serve as a liaison for technical issues, collaborating with teams to resolve challenges and drive product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communication, or a related field, with over five years of experience in Big Data projects; experience in cloud computing and Big Data development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and various Big Data components (e.g., Spark, Flink, Elasticsearch) along with familiarity with cloud Big Data products from AWS, Azure, and GCP; prior experience as a cloud Big Data architect is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, clear logical thinking, a proactive work approach, and proficiency in both Chinese and English for effective customer interactions and support.
