Responsibilities:
. Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
. Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction
works
. Coordination of structural works during construction process.
. Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
. Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to
resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues.
. Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects
. Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports
and technical meetings
. Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and
standards in the project VDC implementation.
. Should have an experience in large scale projects
. A good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
. Raise RFIs, oversee resolution of disputes/coordination issues with his/her
respective trade subcontractors
. Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
. Able to conduct QA/QC to the BIM models.
Requirements:
. Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural
. Min 3 years of coordination experience
. Familiar with Building & Construction regulation of Singapore
. Good knowledge of Structural Specifications & Requirements
. Experience on producing shop drawing- Structure / Architecture
. Have experience with Substation/SP/LTA project is a MUST.
. Must be expert and specialist in Revit and AutoCAD.
. Should know (Revit, Navisworks & BIM 360) as well.
. Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred
. Fluency with Bluebeam or other markup and design review tools will be
advantage.
. Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with
different stakeholders.
. Self-driven and good time management
. Knowledge of BIM is a MUST
