BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

• Assist BIM manager / Coordinator to coordinate & build the model building elements
• Establishing and monitoring BIM standards and processes
• Coordinating projects with BIM Managers, designers, and engineers
• Ensuring compliance with milestones and data handovers to the client
• Conducting test runs, clash detection, and model-based planning meetings
• Supporting the development of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and overseeing the use of BIM software
• Managing IFC files and performing quality assurance of models
• Integrating and handing over information packages for each project phase

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards and relevant software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360)
• Experience in producing shop drawing- Structural / Architecture/ M&E/ AutoCAD
• Highly organized, structured, and collaborative
• Good understanding of building works and can associate BIM with construction needs
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion stages will be an advantage
• Self-driven and good time management
• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for Senior role
