Job Description

Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software
Establish project workflows throughout all project phases
Involve in Structure/ Architecture/ MEP coordination between consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data is available to all project participants
Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met
Follow up on all aspects of BIM model matters and ensure proper documentation of all BIM deliverables
Responsible for fully implementing the quality recordings, carrying out result analysis, and formulating action plans for continuous improvements
Adhering to the latest industry standards
Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Engineering or relevant studies
Certification course on BIM Management
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in BIM Management.
Good knowledge of BIM visualisation and simulation applications.
Experienced in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley, Revit, Navisworks & MicroStation will be added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player
