Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more services
Produce M&E Shop-Drawings according to requirements
Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members
Checking of M&E Drawings
Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
Update Shop-Drawing list Supporting Project Team on shop-drawing submission
Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
Liaise with Project Manager and Engineers on drawing submission and approval
Others as assigned
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / M&E industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, ship yard projects, government projects, schools etc.
Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical)
Proficient in Autocad / BIM / Revit / Microstation / Eplan software etc.
