We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a BIM Manager. If you have a passion for leading in BIM implementation, standards, modeling workflows, and methodologies, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to implement BIM based on project needs.
- Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Ensure project requirements are met and delivered successfully.
- Manage design development, contract documentation, and project meetings.
- Monitor and ensure timely drawing submissions.
- Coordinate BIM models with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in BIM Management.
- 4-8 years of experience in BIM Management.
- Strong engineering knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and specifications.
- Resourceful with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication
