We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator/Modeller to prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software. The ideal candidate will establish project workflows throughout all project phases, manage BIM project set-up and administration, and ensure site coordination works are executed effectively. The role involves preparing and updating Revit Models, producing coordination drawings, and collaborating closely with the Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software
• Establish project workflows throughout all project phases
• Manage BIM project set-up and continued project administration
• Coordinate site works to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare and update Revit models, including coordination drawings
• Create 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings

Qualifications

• Possess a BIM certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM coordination or modelling
• Proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit
• Strong understanding of construction documents and workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
