BIM Coordinator (Singaporeans only!/BIM/Revit/5.5 days)

Responsibilities:

• BIM Modelling for Architectural Scopes
• BIM coordination between multi discipline/trades may be required
• Prepare drawings / BIM Files accordingly to markups and specifications.
• Translate and convert / combine files from difference sources / vendors
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings
• Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare CSD

Requirements:

• 2 Years experience in relevant industry
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Knowledge and experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
• Ability to work under tight schedules to meet submission deadlines
• Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills
• Team player with a great can-do attitude
• Having a positive attitude and proactive mindset
