BIM Coordinator

Job Description

• Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable design codes/standards and specifications.
• Design and detailing of systems.
• Attendance for design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Develop mechanical/ electrical/ ICA systems and designs, coordinate building services layouts,and manage drawing registers and standards

Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in related field.
• Proficient in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer/OpenPlant Modeller/OpenPlant P&ID will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
• Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Architecture/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
