Responsibilities:

• Create BIM drawings, generate M&E shop-drawings per specifications.
• Collaborate with team to review models and feedback.
• Update drawings and verify M&E drawings.
• Understand combined services drawings.
• Maintain the shop-drawing list and assist with submissions.
• Prepare BOM based on BIM.
• Coordinate with PM and engineers for approvals.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with LTA/MRT projects is a plus
