BIM Designer (Structural)

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for accurate integration
• Create and manage 3D models of structural components for building projects
• Utilize BIM software to develop detailed models of steel and concrete structures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Maintain and update model data throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare construction documentation and drawings
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in C&S and BIM model projects
• Proficient in Revit
• Capable of completing models and shop drawings promptly and with high quality
• Knowledge of Bentley Open Building Designer and Dynamo is an advantage.
