BIM Designer (Structural)

Job Scope:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams for accurate integration
• Create and manage 3D models of structural components for building projects
• Utilize BIM software to develop detailed models of steel and concrete structures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts
• Maintain and update model data throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare construction documentation and drawings
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design feasibility

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil & Structural
• At least 2 Year(s) of relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/Architectural BIM Models related projects.
• Well versed in Revit
• Able to complete models, shop drawings in timely and quality manner.
• Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer, Dynamo will have an added advantage.
