BIM Electrical Co-ordinator

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare project models andconstruction documents using BIM software.
• Establish project workflowsthroughout all project phases.
• BIM project set-up andcontinued project administration.
• To be responsible for clash co-ordination & BIM co-ordination on construction site.
• Prepares and update Revit Model(Co-ordination drawings).
• Prepares 2D and 3D shop drawingsand as-built drawings.
• Liaise with Project DocumentController for accurate data transfer.

Job Requirements:

• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years working experience as a BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understanddrawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIMprocesses in large construction projects from tender to completion ofproject will be an advantage.
