BIM Executive [CBD / AutoCAD / Revit]

Responsibilities

1 Prepare detailed and accurate project drawings and BIM models in accordance with project standard and architect's instructions using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and Naviswork

2 Update drawings and BIM models in accordance with statutory requirements and BIM design and document Control procedures

3 Produce and co-ordinate production of BIM models and drawings at all stages of the project to hit project timeline and milestones

4 Check and review drawings and BIM models before submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standard and authority requirements

5 Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted correctly and in a timely manner under the supervision of senior technical staff

6 Liaise with authority on submission matters with minimal supervision of senior technical staff

Technical Skills & Competencies

1 Familiarity with local singapore codes and regulations especially for private and public residential projects

2 Knowledge in Technical Detailing and Drawing

3 Building Information Modelling Application (Revit)

Pre-requisites

1 Architecturally Trained

2 Minimum 4 years drafting experience
