BIM Manager (Airport Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Manage design activities to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure all designs comply with legal standards and codes.
• Supervise and guide the design team.
• Ensure design submissions meet statutory regulations.
• Provide accurate structural analysis and ensure design integrity.
• Lead and review design drawings from the team.
• Coordinate with other departments during the design phase.
• Ensure drawings meet codes and regulatory standards.
• Create practical, site-ready designs that satisfy client needs and company profitability.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in archi, engineering or construction industry
