BIM Manager (Architectural Firm)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation across projects within our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and experience in BIM coordination and management, with a focus on optimizing design workflows and enhancing project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee BIM standards, processes, and workflows for project teams.
• Coordinate BIM activities across all project phases, ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve modeling issues and facilitate project coordination.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM best practices and software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks, identifying areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in BIM management within the architecture or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards and guidelines is preferred.
