Job Description

  • Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects to ensure the projects progress efficiently and effectively
  • Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies
  • Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs & requirement
  • Prepare, execute, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
  • Have a good understanding of the project requirements and ensure its delivery
  • Pre-consultation, site meetings, and project meetings
  • Monitor and ensure the drawing submission schedule is achieved
  • Adhering to the latest industry standards
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
  • Certification course on BIM Management
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in BIM Management
  • Good knowledge of BIM visualisation and simulation applications
  • Detailed knowledge of the Singapore Code of Practices, regulations, and specifications for the construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and a team player
