BIM Manager

Location: Changi

Responsiblities:

1. Report and present BIM implementation progress

2. Facilitate BIM meetings and workshops

3. Ensure compliance with CAG's and FUI Owner's Information Management Protocol

4. Identify and mitigate BIM-related risks

5. Collaborate with stakeholders (CAG, FUI Owners, Contractors)

6. Ensure accurate as-built models and asset data for FM & O&M digital handover

7. Provide monthly model update reports to CAG BIM team

Qualifications & Experience:

1. 10+ years BIM experience

2. Proficient in BIM software

3. Engineering/Architecture degree

4. Familiarity with multiple engineering disciplines

5. Strong communication and presentation skills

6. 5+ years continuous employment with Consultant/Contractor

7. Proven track record: BIM Company Deployment Plan, Project BIM Execution Plan (2+ projects)

8. BIM Management certification
