BIM Manager / Islandwide / Construction Engineering Industry

Our client is from Construction Industry. They are looking for a BIM Manager to assist their Engineer team for the next phrase of their business. They are located Islandwide of Singapore easily accessible. The BIM Manager is responsible for:

Duties

• Lead client meetings and guide decision-making related to BIM deliverables.
• Develop and manage BIM Project Execution Plans, including collaboration, documentation, monitoring, and workflows to align with project requirements.
• Work closely with project teams to resolve BIM-related technical issues and support BIM implementation.
• Set and monitor guidelines for internal and external model exchanges among project stakeholders.
• Establish processes and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of BIM project deliverables.
• Coordinate with other trades and teams to support BIM software integration and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee BIM coordination, manage data sets, document meetings, and ensure timely resolution of issues by the design team.

Requirements

• Certificate in AutoCAD Autodesk advanced module.
• Certificate in Revit MEP Autodesk advanced module.
• Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E drafting using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM preferably from Construction industry.
