BIM Manager (MRT Project)
Our client is a leading A1 main contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Singapore. We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Manager with experience in MRT projects to join our team and contribute to our groundbreaking work in public transportation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes for MRT projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, standards, and objectives.
- Lead the development and maintenance of accurate and detailed BIM models for MRT infrastructure, including alignment, stations, tunnels, and associated facilities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate BIM models and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement quality control procedures to validate the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency in BIM processes across all project phases.
- Manage BIM software and tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant platforms, ensuring proper usage and integration with project systems.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative BIM environment.
- Identify and resolve any BIM-related issues or conflicts that arise during the project, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management, with a proven track record in MRT projects or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in BIM management or related areas are a plus.
- Expertise in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360), strong project management skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- In-depth understanding of MRT project requirements, BIM standards, and industry best practices.
