a. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, highly proficient in the use of BIM software and in establishing required processes and

procedures and framework for BIM in projects.

b. Familiar with various aspects of engineering e.g. Civil, Structural,

Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical.

c. Possess a Degree in Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

d. Highly motivated and able to work independently, a strong team player

and able to handle fast-paced projects.

e. Possess good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have good

presentation skills.

f. Shall be continuously under employment under any

Consultant/Contractor for a minimum of 5 years and have successfully instituted a BIM Company Deployment Plan as well as implemented Project BIM Execution Plan for at least 2 projects.

g. Completed a certification course in BIM Management.
