Responsibilities:

• Manage the BIM process, implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows, ensuring adherence to project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely BIM data delivery.
• Train team members on BIM technology and processes.
• Resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Develop and maintain BIM documentation and reports.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans for each project.

Requirements:

• Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling (SDBIM)
• Experience with LTA/MRT projects is a plus
