BIM Modeler/BIM Specialist

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with Singapore Corenet X standards
• Implement and maintain IFC-SG protocols throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM technology into design and construction processes
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate BIM deliverables.
• Create libraries for projects
• Communication with the Projects team to translate design into 3D models
• Feedback to Architects about clashes and other design issues
• Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers

Qualities and skills required

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM for architectural projects with mixed-use/office/ retail/residential experience
• Intermediate English, spoken and written is essential
• Proficiency in CORENET-X / parametric design tools is an advantage
• Good experience /Strong Knowledge of Singapore Corenet X e-submission process and guidelines
• Experience/ Strong knowledge of IFC-SG standards and implementation
• Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage
