Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the BIM manager/coordinator
• Understand & comply with BIM Execution Plan of project.
• Upload and maintain models to file exchange server.
• Prepare 3D Models, 2D drawings & some necessary documents for Approval, Construction & Submission
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs coordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture or equivalent certificate will be an advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of MEP Engineering will be an advantage.
• Min 2 years experience in related field
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Able to start within short notice
