Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Team in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
Develop 3D models required for drawing preparation, Authority submission, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project requirements and modelling standards.
Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements.
Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs.
Collaborate with various disciplinary teams on the model and design changes.
Prepare architectural tender drawings in 2D and 3D format/BIM architectural model.
Collaborate with team and other disciplinary teams to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.
Extensive knowledge in creating various kinds of Revit Families.
Mentors team members by providing guidance, feedback, QA/QC, and direction on work methodologies and work products.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture/Building Engineering or relevant Discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in local BIM projects.
Expertise in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture.
Knowledge in BIM 360 or Autodesk construction cloud.
Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide
Knowledge in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines
Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling course or Any Autodesk Certification.
Advanced Revit skills are essential including creation of a federated model using Revit Links, creating/working with Revit Worksets and professional using of shared coordinates.
Possess Excellent Oral Communication Skills with an Ability to Form Effective Relationships with Project Team and Client.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
A hands-on person who is positive, proactive, and driven in BIM innovation.
