BIM Modeller

The BIM Modeller supports design drawings production department in 2D and 3D for BIM submission, drawings coordination between Architectural / Structural / Mechanical trades in 2D and 3D for BIM submission. The incumbent is to train, QC and provide technical guidance to junior draftsman / junior modeller when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

. To produce quality output of shop drawings with minimal supervision

. Accountable for the timely submission of shop drawing in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
. Ensure content's accuracy and fluent presentation in shop drawings
. To ensure strict compliance of system on shop drawings
. To handle multiple project simultaneous
. To raise issue with superior on deviation from original design intent
. To sketch, build and generate schematic with in-house software
. To check and coordinate with Architectural / Structural / Mechanical service in 2D and 3D for BIM submission
. Maintain smooth communication to the supervisor and to all co-workers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess either a Degree / Diploma / Technical certificate of equivalent in Architecture / Mechanical / Civil or Building or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience in drafting for Architectural / Structural / Plumbing / Mechanical Trades is required.
• Knowledge of Auto-cad and BIM 3D Modelling is required.
