Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or AutoCAD drawings.
Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement.
Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture.
Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
