BIM Modeller

Job Description:

. Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements

. Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement

. Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure)

. Develop construction Models for 5D quantification and 4D simulation

. Perform Clash Detection for coordination between different trades (Architectural/Structure)

. Generate Clash Detection Reports for Technical (BIM) Meeting

. Manage and chair to the BIM coordination and ICE meeting

. Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM and related tools

. Make submissions to authority and ensure all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted.

. Maintain project documentation and records, prepare reports, letters, presentations to authorities.

. Conduct Site walks and inspection as required.

Job Requirements

. Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling

. Preferably with at least 3-5 years experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling works

. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

. Proficient in Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure

. Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations
