BIM MODELLER

Responsibilities

• Perform C&S, Archi, M&E Model creating, updating and revising under the supervision direction of BIM Lead, Engineer throughout the project life cycle
• Create and update C&S, Archi, M&E Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design & construction stage
• Ensure models / drawings accuracy based on BIM standards and BIM project workflow criteria / checklist.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline (C&S, Archi, M&E)
• Minimum 3 years experience as drafter or modeller in the main contractor.
• Experience in Revit and Autocad.
• Knowledge on reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and models
